Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026. This page says what kibeyinnovations.com collects, why, who else touches it, and how to have it deleted. No selling. No ads. No third-party trackers.
Who we are
Kibey Innovations LLC, 458 McCray Blvd, Springboro, Ohio. Questions or requests go to joshua.kibe@kibeyinnovations.com.
What we collect
- Visit data. A random visitor ID and visit ID, the pages and tabs you view, the referring page, your screen size, how long a page was actually visible, your IP address, and your browser's user agent. We use it to see which pages people use. Nothing you type is captured by it, and there is no fingerprinting.
- Sign-in data. If you create an account, our sign-in provider gives us your name, email address, and account ID.
- Chat messages. What you type into the site assistant and the replies it gives, linked to the visit it happened in.
- Digest signups. Your email address, plus the referring page, IP address, and user agent so we can stop scripted signups.
- Your work in the tools. Anything you enter, upload, or generate in the signed-in tools, stored so you can come back to it.
How we use it
To run the site, answer your chat questions, send the digest you asked for, keep your work in the tools, and stop abuse. That is the whole list. We do not sell personal data, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Who else processes it
- Railway hosts the site and its database.
- Clerk runs sign-in.
- Anthropic runs the AI behind the chat assistant and the tools. Your messages and inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude to produce a response.
- OpenAI and Pinecone power document search. Text from documents added to search is sent to OpenAI to build a search index, and that index is stored with Pinecone.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser requests font files from Google.
Each one sees only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies and local storage
We set first-party identifiers for the visit data above, and Clerk sets the cookies that keep you signed in. There are no advertising cookies. You can block cookies and local storage in your browser. The public pages still work; sign-in will not.
Google user data: the Kibey Home MCP app
Kibey Innovations operates a Google OAuth app named Kibey Home MCP. It is for the owner's own use. It lets the owner's AI assistant read the state and history of, and control, devices in the owner's own Google Home, using the Google Home permission (home.platform.v2).
- It reaches Google Home data only when the owner asks the assistant a question or gives it a command.
- That data goes to the AI provider running the assistant (Anthropic) only to answer that request.
- Kibey Innovations does not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or share it with anyone else.
- Kibey Innovations does not keep a separate copy of it.
Kibey Home MCP's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions page or the Google Home app.
How long we keep it
Until it stops being useful for running the site, or until you ask us to delete it. Digest addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
