Joshua Kibe, PMP
Founder, Kibey Innovations
Joshua Kibe is a retired U.S. Air Force Senior NCO with 20 years of leadership, operations, and project management experience. He specializes in transforming complex, unstructured environments into processes, systems, and cross-functional alignment that deliver results.
Over his 20-year Air Force career, Josh progressed from tactical aircraft maintenance to senior program leadership, overseeing global operations, modernization efforts, and $600M+ in contract portfolios supporting the F-15, F-16, F-22, F-35, and A-10 platforms. His leadership style emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement, all grounded in operational excellence and technical rigor.
Josh supported Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) programs through the Wright Brothers Institute, where he led strategic innovation efforts, supply chain initiatives, and multi-stakeholder defense modernization projects — including the Bomber Supply Chain Initiative and the F-35 Manpower Model. He also designed and built digital tools, AI-assisted documentation systems, workflow automation solutions, and project management applications to help teams operate more efficiently.
Across every role, Josh bridges strategic vision with technical execution — solving complex problems, organizing chaos, and enabling teams to move faster and smarter. He continues building advanced workflow and AI solutions through Kibey Innovations and KnowlEdge2 AI.
Josh's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master's degree in Project Management from Penn State University. He holds multiple certifications, including PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and AS9110 Quality Management.

With over a decade of experience developing and deploying intelligent technologies across defense and commercial sectors, he brings a unique blend of hands-on technical mastery and strategic vision to every initiative.
As the founder of KnowlEdge2 AI, Jaderic leads efforts to operationalize knowledge through AI — transforming data into decision-ready intelligence and bridging the gap between human expertise and autonomous systems. His work focuses on multi-agent orchestration, GraphRAG architectures, and explainable AI, enabling organizations to capture, verify, and scale their institutional knowledge with trust and precision.
Previously, Jaderic served as the Digital Transformation Lead at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), where he guided AI adoption strategies across enterprise programs and partnered with senior leadership under the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO) initiative. Earlier in his career, he managed experimental research infrastructure at AFRL, overseeing a $100M facility and leading teams in automation, controls, and aerospace innovation.
Jaderic holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University and has completed advanced certification programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing through Cornell and Stanford Universities. His technical toolkit includes Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Neo4j, and advanced cloud and edge deployment platforms.
