Founder, Kibey Innovations
Joshua Kibe is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and retired U.S. Air Force veteran with two decades of experience leading high-impact innovation programs and technology integration initiatives across the defense and commercial sectors.
Over his 20-year Air Force career, Josh progressed from tactical aircraft maintenance to senior program leadership, overseeing global operations, modernization efforts, and $600M+ in contract portfolios supporting the F-15, F-16, F-22, F-35, and A-10 platforms. His leadership style emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement, all grounded in operational excellence and technical rigor.
At Wright Brothers Institute, Josh spearheaded multiple enterprise-level initiatives in partnership with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) — including the Bomber Supply Chain Initiative, F-35 Manpower Model, and the development of AI-powered business development dashboards and automated Statement of Work (SoW) generation systems. His work integrates Python-based data tools, Power Platform automation, and AI model integration, resulting in measurable efficiency gains and enhanced strategic insight for defense innovation programs.
Josh's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and ongoing Master's studies in Project Management at Penn State University. He holds multiple certifications, including PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and AS9110 Quality Management, and maintains an active Secret Clearance.

With over a decade of experience developing and deploying intelligent technologies across defense and commercial sectors, he brings a unique blend of hands-on technical mastery and strategic vision to every initiative.
As the founder of KnowlEdge2 AI, Jaderic leads efforts to operationalize knowledge through AI — transforming data into decision-ready intelligence and bridging the gap between human expertise and autonomous systems. His work focuses on multi-agent orchestration, GraphRAG architectures, and explainable AI, enabling organizations to capture, verify, and scale their institutional knowledge with trust and precision.
Previously, Jaderic served as the Digital Transformation Lead at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), where he guided AI adoption strategies across enterprise programs and partnered with senior leadership under the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO) initiative. Earlier in his career, he managed experimental research infrastructure at AFRL, overseeing a $100M facility and leading teams in automation, controls, and aerospace innovation.
Jaderic holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University and has completed advanced certification programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing through Cornell and Stanford Universities.
